Reading over some old MIDL news headlines on Bloomberg, I came across a headline dated 12/19/97. Here are some excerpts: ...due to an on-going SEC civil action suit over alleged actions by two Midland Directors, both Robert Marsik and Mark Pierce both resigned as officers of the company to vigorously defend this civil action..... There was no other subsequent news released on the outcome. Does anybody know what happened? Obviously Mark is still with Midland. It is interesting that there would not be any followup news to such critical allegations. Just killing time as we wait for news.
