Being a Cisco Systems stock holder for a couple of years I have somewhat of a vested interest in seeing the demise of 3Com. I can only hope that all the 49er and Giant fans across the states will be up in arms over the name change at Candlestick park. But, alas I know that it is too much to hope for, as all the Giant/49er fans I've come into contact with don't know how to read. Why else would they spell it 3Com? Obviously the people in the Bay Area wouldn't be able to spell an eight letter word like 'ThreeCom'. Anyway you slice it 3Com is a four letter word! Carl
