Andreas:

Here is a copy of the fax I sent to Jerry this AM.

To:
Mr. Jerry Greenbaum:

Dear Jerry:

I am writing with my concern over not being able to verify information from press releases from BLHG.

I have placed numerous calls to Greg at investor relations concerning press releases, verification of outcome of
the recent trip to China, and a supposed relationship with Lloyd Wade to purchase a monitor plant in China. Greg
has informed me he has no new information and that he has attempted to contact you, and you have not returned
his calls.

Based upon the press release of April 20, 1998, which stated that contracts with National Boston Medical,
Indonesian W.I.S. International, and Heritage Forest Products were already in place, and that the Southeastern
Foods contract (now known to be only 1/2 the volume of that anticipated), were estimated to bring in estimated
gross revenue of approximately $50MM, and earnings on a fully diluted basis of $.082/share. Since the
Southeastern Foods contract is now for only $600K per year, vs. the initial assumed value of 1.2MM per year, the
anticipated net earning per share would still be in the $.75+ cent range.

Based on these claims many investor's bought into the company at various ranges in price. Many, including I
made our first purchases in the $1.00/share range. As over 3 months have elapsed since the initial
announcement, and supposedly the plastics plant deal has been closed, it is imperative to keep investor's updated
on the continuing operations of the company.

For one, I would like to have a list of the contacts and phone numbers of each of the above mentioned companies
to verify the contracts. There has been much speculation that these contracts are not as stated and I would like to
put those rumors to rest.

The lack of any verifiable news has also affected the stock price considerably. I would like to believe that BLHG is
a legitimate company and that management is above reproach.

Your immediate response would put rumors and innuendoes to rest.

Please Fax or Phone at the above listed numbers.

Respectfully,

Gary R. Schrimpf
