I've researched your questions. Dror individually, did not sell even one share of EDII. Daniel Dror and Company, Inc. sold the shares in a private transaction sometime in March. The shares sold did not represent even half on 1% of the Dror family holdings. When I previously spoke with Dror, I asked him why some of you are so negative on the company and on him personally. He said that a very wise and important industrialist once said - "Never explain and never complain. Your friends don't need an explanation. Your ENEMIES will never believe your explanations anyway". That man was Henry Ford. Obviously, the bashers are SHORTS who would love to see the stock go down.
