Doug,

Sorry to hear about FPAM.

If you, mailman, and others are seriously considering criminal or civil action you may want to start considering the following things:
1. Go back and search for all the press releases and download them on your computer if they are are on the internet before they are discontinued (ie Yahoo I believe only keeps their news for a certain amount of time).
3. Go over all of the releases to include 10q/10Ks and highlight all areas that you believe are pertanent to your case (pros and cons).
2. Don't send any nasty grams to Dresnick or anyone else you believe may be involved. It will only come back to haunt you should it go to trial.
3. Look at the accounting firm and all creditors involved.
4. Look at criminal charges (also civil), but remember that civil only needs preponderance of the evidence (51%).

I just looked at my watch, have to go to work. I will try to finish this up tonight. IMO you have a strong case after the bankruptcy declaration yesterday. For management to receive 8% of the new stock, creditors a major % of the rest of the stock and then hanging the stockholders out to dry seems to be motivated purely by greed. IMO a jury would see this in a heartbeat.

Take care,
Kurt

PS I have only been on the sidelines so I have no personal motive.
