Around 7.8 million shares outstanding(August 1998) 5 millin of the 7.8million not tradeable until August 1998(UCAN merger price for MADI) something about rule 144. Know that the CEO & his family owns a large share of the company but not quite sure how much. There is suppose to be only around 500 shareholders. So good news or bad can really puch this thing around. John
