<NBC wont increase its ownership until profitability occurs, cause then it would be financially/ accounted for as "subsidiary" status (>60%), rather than "affiliate" status (<50% ownership),,,,

Scott, help me out here. I'm a little late to this party so I don't quite understand what is going on, but my understanding was that NBC bought a percentage of SNAP, CNWK's browser, and is looking to increase it's ownership to 60%. In this regard, what is the difference between owning part of SNAP vs. owning part of CNWK? Is the discussion about NBC owning 60% of CNWK?

Thanks, Kip
