Bryce -

That was my analysis that Dennis posted over from Yahoo, and therefore my girl - and no she is not that girl, she does however, require lots and lots of attention!

Since I have written and filed many 10-Q's and 10-K's for my company, again let me explain why (IMHO) you would file so early. The 10-Q has to be filed within 45 days. If something was going to happen during that 45 day period that may cause a subsequent event to the June 30th financials and make for a rather complicated 10-Q, well in that case I would file the 10-Q as early as I can to get it out of the way.

Sam - about the $1.8 million in prepaid expenses - while they have already paid the cash, the expenses still have not hit the books, and will over the next few quarters, as they are matched up against the revenues that they were incurred for.

P.S. now I'm down to one message left, if I get cut-off I will go back to yahoo, maybe I should just get a memebership.
