Thanks for the response John. I had some of the June information and am now up to speed on the other. Thanks.

I have a copy of their June 12,'96 release about the ramp-up situation in Longmont, and the current status of that remains at the center of question about the recent ~50% price jump. Here's a key paragraph from the 6/12 letter:

>>"While shipments from our Longmont, Colorado, Micor Products facility have been increasing since we started operation in April of this year, shipments in the fourth quarter will not be as high as expected. Because of the stepped-up operating costs as Longmont increases production, the company's fourth quarter and fiscal year-end (8/31) net income will not meet expectations. Product qualification for a major customer is taking longer than expected due to variability in the integrity of wire bonds used to attach the integrated circuit to Sheldahl's *Novaclad* chip carrier during the customer's assembly process. Sheldahl and the customer have extended the product ramp-up period to ensure consistent product quality." Concluded Donaghy, "That customer and all others continue their confidence in Sheldahl, in the exceptional quality and high-performance characteristics of our products and in our ability to meet their needs."<<

I'm wondering if *someone* is starting to look towards the profitability predicted in the second half of fiscal '97 (only 2months away) and is factoring that in the valuation of the stock.

Any idea what the situation is with the post from the Adflex folder I put in my last post?
