What I was questioning is why they didn't use that money to fund operations instead of selling stock at a 30% discount. This too is my question. Bgtit, you said the two have nothing to do with each other but I have to disagree. They both are choices in regards to financing (and using finances of) the company whether they are short term or longer term. I finally received my annual report last night, (actually I got two one from DCI and one from my broker)and read it cover to cover. I am very pleased with it. In my mind the only issue is the preferred stock but it appears that we are not flooding the market with shares relative to the benefits we are receiving from the use of the money. I am still waiting anxiously for the annual meeting or any other news that may come out before then and to steal your phrase Bruce I am LONG AND STRONG! GO DCTC
