In terms of a premium over the current price, you're right - but LHSPF has been very good about paying a price for its acquisitions which will not be dilutive. It is a good deal for GNK shareholders, IMO, though, because LHSPF's stock is likely to appreciate much more over the next year than GNK's would have on its own - assuming they hold on to the LHSPF shares they get in the transition. Look at it this way - you're becoming part of a company which makes very shrewd acquisitions! <G>
