Robert and all:

My broker tells me that the rollback scenario has been tossed around for most of this decade. He said that it is the number one question the company gets asked, and that Savanna believes they would be no better off by doing it from a corporate standpoint.

Your suggestion of a 10 to 1 would leave the company with about 10 million shares, and that seems fair to me. At todays prices this would put SV at around 80 cents.

Something to consider....imagine if they rolled it back a year ago, or 2 years ago.Hundreds of juniors trading at $1.00 are now at $.25 or even less. If SV followed the same pattern, they could be trading a pre- split price of 2 to 4 cents, like so many other stocks.

I do not mind buying a stock under 10 cents. With the POG being where it is, and the VSE flirting with an all time low, one has many bargains to choose from. I have no plans on buying ANY junior over $1.00 in this accumulation phase. Who knows how long it will last?
