I see you are confused about the Xeon market. Do you think Intel would price it at $4500 if nobody would buy it? It's mainly for SMP high transaction per second applications. It is far and away the most cost affective solution. That's why it will go for $4500.

Non-upgradable bus? Huh? What is your definition of an upgradable bus??
