louie and others, no you are referring to asia pacific res.. They were featured on CBC business report last week. They are 2-3 years from production. KAP RES. is already in production. Go to Carlson on line and read the press releases. Several in the past few months. They did have their problems but that seems well behind them at this reporting date. In their annual report there is mention of a main director who is also a VIP with Potash of Sask. . They will get their supply of potash from POTASH which is needed in their process. I dollar cost averaged on this one. With their end products natural fertilizer and iodine they are on target with the changing green environment. Also they soon will/may have access to a natural gas pipeline being constructed by another large Canadian company. I came across the pipeline tidbit as I was researching Alternative Fuel Systems [they are the conversion people for gas to natural gas vehicles] . I believe Kap will be a major global player in the fertilizer market in the developing world . Their base in Chile should enhance exposure to this market. Look at the high/low share prices of KAP and Asia Pacific over the past 2 years this may assist for investment decisions. I won't quote particulars as short term investors vs. long term investors will interpret these figures accordingly. marc aube
