Just woke up...dreaming too long.

Don't quite get vegas' point about the company selling stock. I understand the company increased the shares outstanding to nail down the internet telephony deal. Gave the guy who came to the company with the technology restricted stock....so that couldn't be sold. So I guess I disagree.
