Musti My reading of the TDM balance sheet has the company in a very strong financial position. The only debt is against the equiment they have out on lease. Considering that they have been transitiong to open systems these last three years, their sales have held up and in fact grown modestly. Whether Peiper, the new CEO, is the leader to restore them to a profitable growth company is the question which we can't answer at this point. I hear he will be introducing his strategic plan by the end of this month. I have been buying the stock recently. The main risk is stagnation and TDM being sold to a company that needs their considerable resources. If they can achieve again 7% NPM in the next fiscal year, [Expecting about a break even for this fiscal year] we will be looking at a much higher price. RHM I look at Stratus as a benchmark company.
