Mr. Bertolucci- I gave you the Cold hard facts as I viewed them and heard them. I appoligise to all you computer and internet experts. I have a total of about 20 hours on-line...vertually no computer expereince and I want to assure you that I have many unansered questions as well as major concerns regarding startronix communications and delivery capabilities. My comments were based on my abservations at the meeting and while I will be delighted if the projections come to past, I won't be shocked if they come up with another excuse.Marco, I understand that you would not purchace a piece of hardware or software unless you were convinced that if was the best available...You are expereinced in that field ..80% of the rest of us dummies are not but we would still like to take advantage of the information on the internet, e-mail, shopping...Even this thread..this is only the third or fourth message I have ever sent on a computer and I am having a ball.By the way did the person or the retail store who convinced you to buy your Gateway computer send you a check or even a thankyou card!! I promise not to hype..only the facts as I see em and hear em!!!
