)There are too many other companies in similiar markets that have better resources to continue.

)The likes of ORTL will greatly benefit from the technology shift which the Baby Bells have just decided on Friday.

)Unfortunately, I see CAWS is heading for Ch 11. Why? this company has very little resources-where are they going to find the money to fight shareholder lawsuits? The chance for CAWS to win the shareholder lawsuits is next to zero. So what happen next when it comes to time to pay the shareholders? File Chapter 11 because they have no asset except for their technology! They will reorganize and hold onto their intellectual properties and come out as a new company! I have seen this happen to many times; I can safely said that my outlook on the company is exactly what I think it would happen. At least, I have never been wrong about these kinds of chapter 11 situation in the past!

)The lesson is never never buy a cheap stock and think you will make money on it. There's a reason why the stock is so cheap! Investors are not idiots; when they dump a stock-there is a reason!

)In the end, I do hope that you investors will recover your losses somehow someway.
