*AV*--First, ATMI is probably working with the major companies in developing the correct consummables for this technology. It would not surpirse me to find out, down the road, that some of the initial work was done with ATMI supplied chemicals. They will be presenting a paper in October in Southern Colorado which should spell out some details. Second, I beleive they will be a major supplier of consummables to those companies implementing Cu technology since they have a leg up in the chemistries and have worked closely with some of these majors either head to head or as a result of failures by their competition.
Third, their hardware will be used to deliver the consummables (Chemical Delivery systems) because they have a great relationship with most of the major equipment suppliers that will be players in that arena. they already have their delivery systems OEM'd into the top equipment suppliers and will be undoubtedly expanding those relationahips as new opportunities present themselves.

It is my opinion that ATMI will be the standard by which others will have to be judged when the new copper technology takes off. They will probably be the far and away lead sled dog in this venture and the one to beat from a supplier standpoint. By this I mean delivery systems and chemicals.
