Don't count your chickens . . . While it's nice that PG and SoundView are now going to start beating each other over the heads and spending money on lawyers, while distracting themselves from the task and hand, I still expect TVL to be drawn into the fighting at some point. And the big boys will be sitting back laughing at the amateurs all the way to the bank.

However, I think it gives some validation to TVL's (seemingly overly) cautious approach to introducing V-gis. Especially if PG and SoundView are successful in tarnishing each others products in the course of their fighting.
