Sorry Mr. Frost, Did'nt mean to seem like I was jumping on you. Used the word COLD just as a pun on your name. No, Gateway has not sent me any money for purchasing the computer but I do make money using it and a year from now I wont be annoyed that I am stuck in a 4 year contract with an already outdated piece of equipment. People learn fast after they make the plunge into their first computer. One thing Starscreen users will find out is how far behind they are when they begin to use the internet and have access to all of its information. BTW- The person at the store sent me a thankyou card and an internet birthday card. As far as the delivery projections, I have read posts were top company executives made statements personally to people that would almost be border line lies due to what happened after they made the statements. Their seems to be a lack of confidence in anything the company has to say and rightfully so. MB
