Effective immediately, Frank J. Fradella is appointed President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Company. Michael E. McGinnis will remain as Chairman. I had a feeling this would happen. But now the market must figure out why this guy, Fradella, is any different than McGinnis. And unfortunately with McGinnis remaining as Chairman this appears to me to be a case of "musical chairs". They have a lot of work to do in convincing the market exactly why this is an improvement. And I don't see McGinnis improving "shareholder relations" given that it was on his watch that this debacle occurred. Yeah... I'm still sore (but I'm getting over it). Regards, Ron
