Disposition of Mark Pierce's case in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York: The case was severed just as Gary indicated. And the reason it was severed........... so that it could be transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Colorado where it IS STILL PENDING. It is case number 98-CV-1295. Dusty
