Why do you think that this stock is one of the biggest disappointments you have seen? Is it because the price has dropped, or do you think that there has been some fundamental change in their outlook? On the price aspect, yes, I too am surprised that the stock hasn't performed better. However, it seems that news really doesn't drive this stock upward very much. In many cases, good news seems to do the opposite. Yet, I still feel that this stock has a lot going for it. First, you have to remember that this company is still relatively in its infancy. Yet, they are signing large, blue-chip caliber clients to use their services, many of whom I thought would have been capable of providing a similar service in house (rather than contracting it out). Beyond that, they continue to sign numerous clients each month to use their services. Granted, some of them I haven't heard of, but then again I don't live anywhere near Silicon Valley (which is where they are concentrating most of their efforts). Even though some of these clients might not be huge, they begin to add up after a while and provide a nice revenue stream. As well, TSIS isn't just sitting around trying to collect money only on the InvestorReach and MarketReach programs. They are trying to extend the technology in new ways. To that end, they signed an agreement with GTE for the calling card services.

I think that I could go on for a while talking about things that I think are positive with TSIS. However, most of this information is freely available through the news releases, and also through TSIS's shareholder information line. Personally, I would try calling that line (1-888-812-2020) and listening to Don Cameron's latest message (dated July 17). As well, I think that we all must remember that this is a bulletin board stock. I for one think that it is impressive that a company like TSIS can forge relations with the larger companies. I don't think that you'll be able to find too many other bulletin board stocks that are similar in that nature.

In closing, I believe that this is a long term stock. You're not going to see it skyrocket overnight. After several quarters of positive earnings, I believe that we will not see these prices again. Remember that a lot of the deals that have been signed recently will start affecting the earnings in the coming quarters. I really think that this stock has no where to go but up, although it may take a while. I for one am willing to wait.

Hope this helps a bit.

John
