Based on your opinions are you short the stock? If not, you have zero credibility. If you are, then I respect your convictions.
You know, we have got to stop asking Toy if he's short MSFT, before he goes postal. I'll say it and save him the trouble -- he's not.
From what I have gathered, Toy is an uber-loyal minion of Novell, one of Microsoft's most bitter and least successful enemies. He is apparently operating under the theory that what is bad for MSFT is good for NOVL, and vice versa. Of course that doesn't explain AAPL this year, but there you are.
I wouldn't ride him too hard for not being short. To some people, apparently, shorting stocks, even those you hate, is either sacreligious or socialistic. You almost sense a sneer when they announce, "I don't short stocks."
I honestly don't know what to do for Toy other than ignore him, anymore. |
