PMFJI Jules but wasn't it INTC that fell short on its EPS ?

You bought IBM puts a while back so if your concerns about IBM ever come true you will be covered .

The important fact is IBM exceeded its Street earnings expectations .

Now we can look forward to a sizeable 3Q & 4Q earnings gain as IBM's G5 mainframe-servers are installed .

You've got to admit Jules that all that money IBM spent on the Nagano Winter Olympics (your 1Q98 concern) sure is paying off in software products and server sales .

Enjoy Bulgaria , but please let us know if you see any IBM Global services commercials being filmed there !

Regards,
Jim K.
