Anyone interested:

I've just received a fax from an interested supporter / shareholder concerning the deaths and massive destruction caused by the series of tidal waves in Papua New Guinea a few days ago. As awful as that event was, our project has not been affected and none of the people connected in any way with it -- we don't have any significant presence there during the stand-down -- have been hurt. The event hit the northwestern coast of the main island and, while the d'Entrecasteaux Islands where we are concentrated are also on the north coast, we are at the opposite end of the island, that is, on islands near the eastern tip of the main island, several hundred miles to the southeast of the destruction.
