Ken,

I had heard that there might be some new orders announced for the Smart Cats system before the end of the year. This according to a stock analyst and the recent investor relations call.

I find the European recommendation interesting, as most of the activity in the Spring seemed to be European buying as well.

The purchase of Rada's shares are inconsistent but the supply seems to be drying up as the stock keeps estabilshing higher lows.
