I think that it would have been good if Bellcore would have release the new too , so far they haven't.

I'm also wondering exactly what Bellcore is getting in this deal, it's easy to understand what IIA is getting but i'm still trying to find the other part of the deal.

from yesterday release:

InfoInterActive successfully launched its Internet Call Manager in Canada in 1997 in conjunction with MT&T, and in partnership with Cincinnati Bell in the United States in May, 1998. The Company has signed a Letter of Intent with one of the largest telephone companies in the United States, and recently announced a similar agreement with Telus, Canada's third-largest telecommunications company. The agreements are similar to that which led to the successful roll-out at Cincinnati Bell. IIA expects further developments in both the U.S. and Canadian markets in the near future.

So if the press release was to announce the deal why do they keep including the "bold" part in there release, it could be misleading. Or maybe i missed something is there still other deal to be announce.
