Thanks for the excellent update.


Regarding the distributor contracts.... I have noticed that many/most of them contain a dollar value. In this industry, does this represent an "estimate", a "goal", a "requirement", or a "commitment".


In other words, what happens if a distributor might fail to reach this dollar value? If an estimate, I reckon nothing happens. If a goal or a requirement, then failure to meet the mark might be a subject of discussion when it comes time to review or renew the agreement. And if a commitment, well that would be the next best thing to booking sales.
