That one is easy to answer. As adults, we should be allowed to quote a written work without being coerced to endorse it. I'm constantly quoting Sagan, even if he and I don't see eye to eye on a number of issues.
You have promoted yourself as the believer. When you are called to account by penni pointing out a New Testament passage, it is you who are held to the higher standard of care. Not she or anyone here who hasn't proclaimed his or her submission to the word of Christ.
To equate the privilege of quoting a text with the requirement to pledge fealty to its precepts is a form of Death. It is indistinguishable from Hebrew Law, a standard so stringent it predisposes its subjects to failure. You have impressed me as merciless in this regard - and I want to tell you without rancor that the impression you leave with me is an aversion or mistrust to/of "Christian doctrine".
