TMAR is selling as if rates are at $4500 a day. new rates for TMAR are still nearly 40% higher than that. TDW stated they're currently averaging $7400 overall; same with TMAR - overall average is above $7000 O'Malley is consistently in the mouth. he wants acquisitions cheap. you're the biggest. you talk down the situation, buy up your competitors cheap, then talk the situation up. this is part of their game. look at their history.
