Make a complaint to the SEC
Point out the message, and the hyper, which convinced you to take a chance on this stock.
It is illegal to disseminate information for a company without disclosing your promotional fees.
This is a hype job.
You might also want to address complaints that deal with the advance notice to certain SI posters about upcoming news, this is also illegal.
This company is a HYPE job, read that news release, nothing.
It is worse than nothing, it is going to change the WHOLE WORLD, that is what I heard.
Be very specific in your complaints to the SEC, include copies of posts made prior to the news release that talk about the big news. Include posts where HYPERS say they TALKED to the company president and he told them this was going to be happening.
The SEC cannot charge the hypesters without complaints from shareholders who have been screwed, oops, screwed again.
DO NOT lick your wounds and walk away, COMPLAIN.
I would suggest you also look at the posts about disclosure, I made sure it was posted every few hundred messages, if you think that any of these hypers are paid promoters (it is obvious who they are), remember, they were asked to disclose, apparently the company has not paid for any promotion.
With enough complaints the SEC can act.
This company is paying for promotion and nobody is promoting it, yah.
Now the HYPERS will tell you that MORE big news is coming, it is another pile in your house folks.
COMPLAIN to the SEC
Include posts that you believe are indicative of insider information that will change the face of medicine.
It is your money that is financing this rape and pillage by a bunch of hucksters.

I am not responding to messages today because I am having a problem posting at all. Since Sunday my ISP has been unable to connect to SI. I can make connections by stripping my IP header info. SI_Admin says the problem is likely a link between here and there. It is taking me about 2 mins per page right now, so I am posting only, I will respond to all the mail/messages when this problem is rectified.
