Paul: I also was just wandering around the different threads. DRIPs are an interest of mine. Sorry that I can't comment on the 2 you mentioned. Have you heard of PMC Capital? It's on American exchange under symbol PMC. They arrange small business loans under the SBA guidelines. Price has gone from around $12 to $14 over the past year. But the interesting thing I find is that their dividend rate is over 8 percent, they've raised the dividend every quarter since 1990 (along with some special dividends distributed to shareholders), and they give a 2 percent discount from the market price for contributions made thru DRIP. Even if stock price flat-lines, your investment increases over 10 percent a year. Forbes rated them the 128th out of 200 best small companies in U.S. They also have website. Any opinion?
