RR: I agree with you...that's exactly what we need..this company is so dependible and can produce the revenues, it's amazing that the street won't reward it more!! They may want to wait till a settlement is reached before committing the dollars to increase shareholder value tho. That would make sense to me and I can wait this out. ( I increased my position yesterday). Good luck
