I am long CAWS 10,000 shs @ 5.32 since May.

I, like you, Mark, applaud Scott Schiller's work on this thread.
He is a treasure for this thread - a conscientious gentleman
of intellience and industry.

Scott, pay no heed to rabble such as Antoski. He is a member of
a caste that Calvin Trillin called "the aggressively ignorant".

Second, "never attribute to treachery what may be best explained
by stupidity".

RBOCs' stupidity is the real culprit. Face it - RBOC management are corporate hyenas - they
come from a monopoly culture and this culture is antithetical to
risk-taking and entrepreneurship. They only feed on the kills of
others. Then slink back into their dens in a stupor. I believe we
are better off without them because their paralysis limits our options.

The vast majority of us have been in this stock less than 6 months. I believe all the bad news
has been discounted in the stock price. Selling now is exactly the wrong thing
to do - if you need the money for groceries you shouldn't be in CAWS. Besides,
The small caps have lagged the major averages and right now many investors are
buying out of favor issue. Plus, we simply do not know the book value
of this company. As a sheer commmodity play based on spectrum rights
alone, the stock appears to me to be quite undervalued.

Third, I take it as an axiom that class action lawsuits do not add any
value to our investments - we as shareholders should actively and
swiftly rebut the frustrated voices that advocate them in our own
self-interest.

To those who sell out now, be prepared to double your frustration when
positive news pops this stock exponentially. For those who sell for tax
purposes, remember that the tax aspects of a transactions should be second-
ary to the economics of it.

Good luck to all fellow investors in this stock. And to others, to paraphrase
Mark Twain's great quote - "The reports of CAWS' demise has been greatly
exaggerated".
