Semi,

Yes - I was aware of this, but in fact it makes little since for
China to go this way - even with Philips & Sony pushing it nothing
is set in stone. The large VCD OEM's already have Cube inside & ESS
has lost ground to Cube in a big way in the past 3 quarters.
The view I see is there will be no winners only losers - if SVCD is
pushed through this way. (my view for what it's worth?)..
