The DOJ has to be seen as doing its job, especially under its aggressive anti-trust chief.

UNCERTAINTY spooks investors, especially institutional investors, and they run for cover. Worldcom languished for months due to the uncertainties of the EU and DOJ ongoing investigations into the anti-competitive nature of their merger with MCI. As the investigations proceeded, and as various roadblocks were overcome,and as approval of the merger seemed assured, the stock crept up to its present elevated position.

Expect to see the same scenario for DIGI.
