E-Prime Information

E'Prime Aerospace Corporation was founded by Bob Davis and has it's business headquarters at Titusville, FL, to commercialize the canister launch technology developed by the Air Force Peacekeeper/Rail Garrison Programs. The Eagle family of commercial launch vehicles will capitalize on the flight proven technology of the Peacekeeper missile. E'Prime is highly competitive because the Eagle commercial space booster is less expensive to build and launch than liquid fueled boosters. As the Peacekeeper has had 41 consecutive successful launches from Vandenberg Air Force Base, the proven reliability of the Peacekeeper will help keep Eagle launch insurance costs to a minimum. The environmentally friendly canister launch system ignites the missile in the air rather than on the ground. The system will facilitate off line processing and integrate multiple boosters and satellites at the factory for a ''ship and shoot'' operations concept. The launch vehicle is shipped to in flight segments fully assembled in canister sections.
At the Integration and Refurbishment Facility, the flight segments are loaded onto a launch rail car, then the segments are joined together, and the fully assembled launch vehicle is tested. The payloads can be mated at the IRF or the launch site. The fully assembled launch vehicle is then transported by rail a designated launch site, which is currently be planned at codia Island, Alaska for Polar Orbit launches and Ascenstion Island off the Southern US coast, better known as the Eastern Test Range, Station 12.

Canaster refurbishment for the vehicles are currently being planned to commense at Tennessee.

EPEA is currently in negotiations with NASA for launches and the Columbia government for a satellite launch.
