I answered your other message before reading this one. Never mind. I am not sure what your calculation means: what is 10 x $N:

Regarding phonons (lattice vibrations): It is very unlikely from the current understanding of the high temperature superconductors that it is the conventional electron-phonon mechanism which gives rise to superconductivity in these compounds. Rather it seems to be an effective magnetic interaction between the spins of the electrons which is responsible for it. I won't say much more than this here otherwise I may get crucified by some people in the scientific community ;-) This is still a very controversially debated issue, that we theorists are hitting each others head about.
