Dear Dave - fundamentally, from what I can gather, DSTR is fine. I used the TA moment [which is short term, IMHO,] to exit some of my small cap holdings. From the big picture perspective, I believe the current environment is not friendly to small caps, for which I ve too much of an appetite. In that sense, it is not so much DSTR as the nature of my portfolio [down to 20 stks, some of them too broken to be worthy of unloading.]

best, Bosco
