Someone with too much power is trying to steal more shares.
I don't know whats going on, but they could be sharing capital or management in some way. Money is moving in and out of these two companies concurrently. Volatility (slow) skyrocked the exact same time (June 1). Note, the Ernst & Young news didn't effect this company at all. Also, the XMail news was BIG, but had little effect.
It appears as though when Banks sold his shares (June), some other entity bought them and now has more power to play "games" to steal more shares from investors before larger things happen. In a situation like this, it would be very easy for them to do.
