It could be dropping because todays hearing actually took place. Many were hoping for a settlement. Today's preliminary hearing was basically an initial conference with the judge. Each side discusses their witnesses, evidence and they now move forward to exchanging information. This is a lengthly process and it could be adjourned for a couple of months while each side prepares its case. If anyone calls the supreme court, wait until tomorrow. They are computerized and todays info is posted overnight. Slim
