Steven, Thanks! I just called FPA Med Mgt in San Diego, California. I got a recorder at their general number. They left a number if you'd like to obtain a copy of the Reorganization Plan. I noted that I am a current shareholder in FPAM, and asked for information on how to call for a special shareholders' meeting of current shareholders in order to discuss the proposed plan. The recording said that they would contact me the next business day. By law they need to provide this information to a shareholder. So let's see what happens..... Sincerely, Doug F.
