Hi eps, I don't know. Perhaps they have a client who wanted out at market. The proposed merger between Thunderwood Resources Inc. and Joutel Resources Limited ("Joutel"), on the basis that each Thunderwood and each Joutel shareholder will each receive 1 common share of the merged company for each 6 shares of Thunderwood or Joutel held, is a likely reason for this fire-sale.
