Would it not be less expensive to employ a law firm in the vicinity of
the facilities involved rather than pay considerable flight expenses
for an advocate as I would assume they would have to travel to the
designated courts of jurisdiction? I have no doubt that the regulatory
authorities have a responsibility to investors and in the Bre-x case are they being implicated? TSE & OSC etc...
