they are already out but it is a subscription service. they will circulate shortly. since oil shorts covered big time today to bring crude back above 14 i expect they are bullish. the heat wave moving to the northeast(upper 90's forecast in dc, new york) that should decrease the oversupply of heating oil a bit this week.
