While I sympathize with Robert's sentiments I don't entirely agree. I would concede that CMW probably would have known about the Q1 numbers and there are some questions of timing here. The fact remains that CMW used about 1/3 of its war chest to purchase 60% of this company. Control premiums aside, you don't do that lightly or before you've done a lot of due diligence. After conversations with both CMW and NGPSF people, I am satisfied that this union will bear considerable fruit. I understand we should here some good news at the annual meeting on Monday.
