The latest insider trading I can find are as follows: Insider Name Shrs Trd Date Price STAUFF MICHAEL F 2,500 10/21/96 4.88 HAYNES JOHN 1,000 10/21/96 5.00 HAYNES JOHN 9,000 10/21/96 5.13 STAUFF MICHAEL F 7,500 10/21/96 5.13 Haynes is the Marketing VP and Stauff is the Chief Financial Office of Transwitch. Looks like the two are positive enough about the company's financial performance in the near future and believed that the price listed above was underevalued. don
