Check out gle.wt.a on the Alberta. The company is extremely low p/e and low debt and has recently secured a $18 million three year contract with the US government in addition to their existing business manufacturing heaters and generators for the oil industry. They issued three million shares and three million warrants to raise money for a new fuel cell they are developing. The technology looks really promising. The warrants are trading around .35 and is exercisable at 1.05. The stock is at $1.22.
